Lernziel
Introduction and familiarization in the basics of the German Planning Laws: From city planning to building application. We want to empower by enriching the knowledge and skills necessary to independently judge and act in the complex design space of German building law. Thus encouraging participants to further study the framework of architecture production in Germany.
Inhalt
This seminar emphasizes the relationship of legislation and architecture. The German planning essential are explained and visualised through built projects, studies, and research by the two lecturers in Berlin and Brandenburg. This seminar especially addresses graduates and emerging architects, who want to deepen their knowledge in the German planning tools and their design possibilities. This seminar is being held in English.
Both lecturers publish articles, engage in academia and practice as independent architects in the field and regions discussed.
